Arne Oppermann now Certified Specialist Engineer for Wind Power Technology

On 24 November 2018, Arne Oppermann, Mechanical Engineer, became a certified expert in the field of Wind Power Technology. Mr Oppermann, who has been with our company for several years, attended a four-month training course organised by the VDI (Verein Deutscher Ingenieure) [Association of German Engineers] and has earned the VDI-title of Specialist Engineer for Wind Power Technology. The training course consisted of various modules which covered mechanical components, rotor aerodynamics, control and integration into power grids as well as overall layout and calculation of wind power plants. This now enables us to better serve our clients in the wind power sector with profound knowledge and expertise.
