Retirement Uwe Raths

After an outstanding 45 years with the company, we are bidding farewell to Uwe Raths as he goes into a well-deserved retirement. His career with us was more than just a professional journey – it was a formative part of the company's history.

Working as a Surveyor since 1980 and joining the management team as Operations Director of B&T in 1990, Uwe has made significant contributions to the development of our network across Germany through tremendous dedication and strategic vision. His influence can still be felt in many structural and operational processes of B&T today.

Of particular note are his decades of commitment to training new colleagues. He has supported, guided and inspired generations of B&T Surveyors, many of whom bear his hallmark, both professionally and personally.

We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude for his many professional achievements, uncompromising standards of quality, and selflessness in service of the company.

We say goodbye to not only a colleague, but a valued friend.

Dear Uwe, we wish you all the best for this new chapter of life – and above all, that you find the time to see and do all the things you may have wanted to over the last 45 years.
